Hats off to Zaner Harden Law and their team of AMAZING associates. After receiving burns to my arm and left torso due to improperly packaged food; I reached out to a number of Denver’s SELF PROCLAMIMED best lawyers, but each time I was rejected and told that my injuries were not severe enough for any of them to take my case. After meeting with Kurt Zaner and his team, they reassured me my that my injuries were important and he immediately took my case without a second thought!! Although the process was a long one, Kurt’s team made sure to keep me involved in every step of the way and they made me feel like more than just case. They always made sure that my needs were met and went above and beyond by checking on me during my time of heeling. Thanks to Zaner Harden Law I received more than what I could have ever phathomed and I am able to continue my life with the appropriate necessities to take care of my injuries.

Best experience ever. I’ve never had to do or deal with anything like this in my life. And was hurt in a car wreck and it was other person fault and they really didn’t want to help out at all. I am beyond grateful for the help I received from Zaner Harden Law. I was hit by a car while riding my bike to work and sustained a broken arm. I decided early on that I needed a lawyer and contacted Zaner Harden because of their fantastic reviews. From the moment I met my lawyer, Mara, I knew I was in good hands. She was thoughtful, thorough, and incredibly responsive. Her paralegal, Jenna, was also fantastic and spent time to explain very foreign and at times confusing processes. In the end, I got a settlement that was more than I ever anticipated and all the credit goes to Mara and Jenna, for all their hard work. I would recommend this firm and Mara in a heartbeat.

Zaner Harden Law is the knight you need to stand up against the insurance companies. I got hit by a driver that ran a red light. My car was totaled. I had $50K of hospital bills. The other insurance company denied everything. Zaner Harden came through! They hired a private investigator to find all of the witnesses (who didn't fill out a police report or stay after the accident). With all the evidence the other insurance company admitted fault and payed me... but there was a problem. The guy only had the minimum coverage of $25K and I still had bills. I thought I was fine... I had under-insured motorist coverage and my insurance company has a duty to take care of me. WRONG... My insurance company refused to pay me because (In their opinion) my bills were too high. Luckily, I had Kurt Zaner and Elliot Singer on my side. They knew exactly how to handle the insurance company. They were ready for us to go to trial. Finally my insurance company paid the coverage, and I was all taken care of. They communicated with me every step of the way. They contacted the hospitals so that I didn't have to worry about anything going to collections. They even helped negotiate my bills on my behalf. It's sad, but you absolutely need an attorney when it comes to personal injury. I couldn't have done it myself. With Kurt and Elliot, I had complete peace of mind the whole time and I never had to worry about anything.

I had never been in a situation like this in my life where I was injured in a car accident. From the moment I walked in for my appt with Joe W. I felt comfortable. Joe was very upfront and honest and made,me feel very comfortable. I also had a lot of interaction with both his paralegals Tim and Ashley. Both were extremely professional and they never left a question unanswered that I had. Ashley became a huge asset in my life, I cried many times to him about my situation and she was very compassionate and understanding, I enjoyed working with her so much. Trial is a very stressfull event, at least it was for me. Having Marc Harden and his team reprsenting me was truly comforting.
