Michael is exceptionally talented because he is an attorney and CPA, thereby avoiding the expense of additional counsel. He was able to effectively navigate a complex merger in a timely manner. He was genuinely concerned about our situation and me as a client and can recommend him to anyone needing business or tax consultation.
