****Update Oh please wait… had to update my review. Everything I said about Ms. Diana is true. But ONLY THAT! However she is not the lawyers and it’s a shame they use her to lure people in to give JANKY services and lie. When I say I have to file a lawsuit against the people I requested help to help me file. That’s AWFUL. Im being honest and please think twice about hiring this company. **** I reached out to this office for guidance and received much more. I am please with how I was greeted on the phone and the information provided to me. This is just an initial interaction with their lovely employee Ms. Diana. I never thought I'd ever need to hire an attorney in my life. And when I had no other option but to do so, I'm glad Ragab was the first to appear in my search. Ryan was one of the first people I spoke to at this firm and he assured that me and my matter would be taken care of should I want to hire Ragab to represent me. When I was assigned Marjorie as my attorney, she did just that. She was very patient, diligent and insightful from our first contact. If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have gotten the resolution I wanted. And I also would have never learned that a law firm representing a party separate from my matter had incorrectly justified my responsibility of the matter I was seeking a remediation for. Marjorie is definitely Ragab's star attorney and her work speaks for itself and is a true testament to this legal firm's 5-star rating.
