Had an ad hoc consultation with Sami and he's excellent. Very friendly, knowledgeable and even tempered. Free consultations are usually sales pitches, but Sami gave his reasonable rates and retainer and a lot of usable info and recommendations on next steps with a ton of honesty and integrity. Next time I need to evict people, I'll be calling Sami first (or have any of the other areas he works on where I need help)
