I needed help with a new home purchase and contacted Michael Schlueter. He clearly explained the best way to proceed with the purchase. He also raised a number of issues that needed to be addressed. Michael Schlueter is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He is an excellent real estate attorney and I highly recommend him.

I emailed a question to Michael concerning the disposing of some old real estate paperwork for a lawsuit I went through some 20+ years ago and he emailed me back the same day with his response - very much appreciated!

Michael and team were incredibly responsive in guiding me through a real estate dispute. They provided a *ton* of value just in the introductory call and helped me orient around my options, and even spent time on followups as the situation unraveled.

Gave me some helpful free advice when I called in. Another firm I won't mention actually wasted my time when I called in cold. But not these guys, they're effective and efficient. I hope to work with them more in the future.

Unprofessional, rude and disrespectful

We were clients of Abrams and Associates with Robert Abrams acting as our lawyer. We would like to take this opportunity to call out the exceptional service from this firm. We were pursuing legal action against a bank over issues regarding our mortgage not being executed to what was agreed upon. Dealing with a bank, we were quite concerned with our chances of any remediation. Upon meeting with Mr. Abrams we were optimistic with our results, and impressed with his ability to understand the complex financial aspects. Mr. Abrams was creative in his approach to identifying a solution for both parties (us and the bank) - ultimately this was the determining factor. Understanding our situation, during our consultation with him, he conceived a solution that was ultimately what was agreed upon. Instead of just threatening a lawsuit - Mr. Abrams provided a solution to the bank to remedy the situation. The bank's legal counsel was appreciative of this approach. We believe this expedited the process and allowed us to resolve the matter; we received an agreed upon solution from the bank within several weeks of initially meeting with Mr. Abrams. As an added benefit - Mr. Abrams also negotiated a payment from the bank to us for our troubles. We did not expect this. It was a pleasant surprise. Ideally we will not be in a situation like this again. If we are Abrams and Associates will be our firm of choice and a place we recommend any friends, family or colleagues for legal matters in this area.

I enjoyed speaking with Mike, and he was very good at helping me to understand many aspects of a potential suit. He seems to really know construction law, and have a firm grasp on creating win-win scenarios.

Called with a question and they got right back to me and gave me the answer to my question and gave me a link on the statute that I needed!

We just moved here and started a business. Mr. Schlueter really did a nice job for us with some much needed contracts. His office was very organized, friendly and really helped us out. Would highly recommend.
