I appreciate them very much! They took down my case information and connected me with Amy Casey. Amy was very professional and informative. Although this was only a small charge it was definitely a huge weight on me and very stressful. Amy not only reassured me that it would be OK, she was able to have the entire case dismissed. My wife and I have had nothing but trouble and inattentiveness from this law firm. We were looking for legal advice regarding not being properly covered by our insurance agent for exterior coverage of our townhome . We were initially told by the client success manager that the retainer of 2 thousand dollars was an over estimate of what the initial research and counsel should cost so we paid the retainer for the legal advice to see if we had any course of legal action regarding our issue. The lawyer, Brian Downing, was not responsive and would say he would update us one week and then never call or email. We ended up having to email and call multiple times and would get the same responses of him being busy or having to go into court / work on another case. At no point did we feel like we were a priority to Brian. He ended up telling us that we could send a demand letter to the insurance company and that it would cost 1500-2000 dollars. We decided that this was the course of action we wanted to pursue and paid the 2000 dollars. Weeks went by and we did not hear anything we emailed and called multiple times and finally received a call back from Brian again stating he got busy with another case. He then told us that upon further looking into our case we would not be able to send a demand letter because of a legality that he had initially overlooked but could file a complaint through DORA which he could assist with . We stated we understood and would not want to pursue any additional action on our case and asked that we receive the two thousand dollars back for the demand letter since it was no longer a viable course of action. We never received a reply from Brian but a few days later received an invoice stating we only had 47 dollars left of the two thousand we paid for a demand letter. We had inquired multiple times with Brian and the law firm about why the money was used for more research and not drafting a demand letter. We did not hear a response until we posted a one star review online. The law firm and COO/CFO, Ross, Hardin, stated the money was used for time spent on the case not the services agreed upon. If Brian had stated initially he needed two thousand more dollars in addition to the initial retainer for more research we would not have paid and accepted we had no legal course of action that we wished to pursue . Instead he gave us bad advice and he told us we had a course of action that he was going to pursue when in reality he had not properly done his research/job initially. Be wary if you choose to use this law firm. They are not transparent , timely, or responsive. We are thoroughly disappointed in our experience with Ragab Law and never felt we were a priority for Brian Downing or Ragab Law. Unfortunately it seems there are multiple people who have had similar issues as us and have written 1 star reviews. Hoping to save some people time and money by looking elsewhere for legal advice.

It has been my experience that the best attorneys are those who can demonstrate some key skillsets: Patiently asking key questions to understand the issues at hand; taking the time to do "dig deep" research, the ability to think-on-your-feet while connecting the legal dots, and communicating with the client frequently and in a timely manner. Conor possesses and practices these skillsets with ease, which has led to equitable resolutions for all parties on either side of the table. His business acumen, combined with his extensive military experience, are reflected in his legal expertise as well as his approach in dealing with business conflicts of all types. His positive attitude and friendly demeanor makes him very easy to work with.
