I think you offered all that you could. Things have changed dramatically. The actual landlord was at my house when I was in the basement. I didn't know it was the actual landlord or I would have came upstairs. I'm afraid of Steven Anthony Fowler the roommate that claims to be the landlord. He has made repeated attempts at assaulting me. The landlord just left a note for me not to hire unauthorized help to clean up the yard but gave me no phone number. They didn't give me any type of eviction notice. Today Steven Anthony Fowler gave me a Notice to Terminate Tenancy. All of his reasons are all false. Except the part of me asking him to hit me every time he assaults me. My rent has always been on time or early. I spent approximately 3500 dollars just hiring a crew to clean up the yard, I did it for the neighbors. The notice to terminate was not signed by the landlord and does not have a Notary Signature. I'm starting to think this could be criminal activity. I'll be calling you on Monday.
