I have been working with Nick for over a year now. He has assisted me every step of the way with 4 tax audits. He has saved me so much time, money, and stress. Nick helped me with a few audits last year. he was on top of the entire process. i felt VERY comfortable having him go in there and battle for us. he knew where and when to push and was up front, clear and concise in his advise when NOT to push. i believe his knowledge in his field also kept the city & state from overstepping their boundaries. overall, i would 100% recommend him, and he IS our attorney if anything like this should happen again.

Mr. Richards has been very helpful with our on-going legal need.
