Initial consultation is $150 ($145 + $4 fees). The initial consultation didn't really give you any information other than "we need more documentations from you so we can make a better determination." If this was the case, why not collect those via email first so the initial consultation could provide some value?
Maybe this can help others: Lawyer rates are at $475 per hour. Initial retainer for case review is $2500. No contingency fee unless personal injury.
