I had a consultation with Anna Trobee, which was scheduled the same day due to an issue that took place that day. My nephew was being represented by a public defender however there was a lack of communication which caused a major issue. Nevertheless, I felt it was necessary to speak to a lawyer from a law firm although it would cost me. I wanted to make sure he was being represented by a firm that responds and communicates. I hired them right after the consultation and they immediately went to work on his case. They showed up the next morning for court and then later on Katie, another lawyer met with him at the jail. They were very responsive and Alexandria, the paralegal, was so pleasant to deal with and kept me in the loop. I was also contacted by Ryan Burke, Client Experience Specialist who wanted to know what my experience was like with Anna Trobee. I gave him my feedback which was all good and also let him know I hired the firm. He was extremely nice and understanding to the ordeal I was dealing with. It was a great experience all around with everyone I spoke too at this firm. I felt relieved that my nephew was in capable hands. It is so important to me that whoever is handling a case is responsive and communicates to their client exactly what is taking place, and I had this with Robinson and Henry.
