I don’t understand how you can read an entire review about your own company and how awful someone’s experience was, and then respond with “we’ve maintained a 95% client satisfaction rate” and then ask the bad reviewer to reach out to you! There should be someone reaching out to the reviewer to see how that relationship can be salvaged. Do better

When I was injured in a car accident in March of 2020 the insurance companies were not concerned with my well being. They were very good to work with and always answered any questions we had pretty quickly. It did take some time in the process of waiting for them to get my medical bills and record from the hospital and also to get my first check and final check.
