Sarah handled our immigration case with compassion and care. She was extremely knowledgeable and up front about options good and bad. Sarah was by our side for the entire process from the first deportation hearing to the day my husband we received my husband's permanent residency card. Over the four year process we went through I always felt comfortable calling or emailing Sarah with any questions at anytime and she always responded with 24 - 48 hours. When you are dealing with immigration just knowing that you can call your lawyer and get an answer right away makes you feel 100% safer. My entire family is eternally grateful for her dedication to her clients. I recommend Sarah to many families in our community and they are always grateful to her.

I went to Ms. Bileti for help regarding applying for my green card via marriage to my wife who is a US citizen. My situation was quite bad as I had overstayed. I had a difficult immigration case that needed to be handled for citizenship. Sarah made our immigration process very simple and easy, all the way from the beginning to the end. Her fees are very reasonable, her knowledge is excellent, her responsiveness is great, her instructions/advices are on-point and very helpful, etc. When my wife and I needed an immigration lawyer, we just did a simple search on Google where Sarah definitely stood out with her excellent reviews. Naturally, my wife and I were nervous at first as this was our first time having to go through the Green Card process, but Sarah calmed us down and made us feel very comfortable from the very beginning. She gave us about a 4-6 month long time period to get through all the processes and get our green card, and she was absolutely right! Sarah was easily reachable by phone or email, and was very prompt in answering all our questions. She gave us a checklist of all the items that we needed for the entire process, and also held a mock interview session a week before the actual interview. The mock interview was very helpful in making sure that we had everything ready including all the documents, pictures, Q&A's, instructions on how to dress-up and present ourselves at the interview, etc. etc. Sarah is a great lawyer; she is helpful and friendly but most importantly, she is trustworthy and capable. We will definitely go back to her for any immigration questions or issues, and we highly recommend her.

We had the Pleasure of working with Sarah for my marriage based green card. Sarah did the initial phone consolation (which is free) and gave me a heads up on what I would need and how much the process would cost. From start to finish my process took about 3 month and Sarah did a great job in responding to my emails and questions as well as calm my nerves if needed. We also appreciated paying a flat fee for the process versus some of the outrages fees out there for all the individual paperwork. We also had a payment plan, so it was convenient.
