They where nice knowledgeable friendly and very helpful

Im new to denver having issues with my property management company. I called and the people here are very helpful and knowledgeable. They will listen to your needs and guide you along the way. Give them a call…. Trust the process….

My 76 year old mother reached out to Floyd about a year ago, he was super helpful. Today she reached out to him because the elevator has been out in her building for almost 3 months. The entire building wants to hire an attorney. Apparently, he got very angry and told her she was living in a reduced rent apartment in prime real estate location and she should be glad, and he's to busy helping veterans and holocaust survivors. Maybe he is having a bad day. Maybe he should send his clients to my mother's building, if they aren't elderly. My now 77 year old mother has to walk up 10 flights of stairs. Are there even holocaust survivors left? Sad, I referred a bunch of people to this guy, now I have to call them and tell them not to go.

Had to go in and update my review. I dealt with them years ago and they helped me then. I come to them for someone else and they handled this with the same care as if it were me. They are the best place to go to if you are having any tenant landlord disputes. They are fair and very much so affordable.... And they are TOUGH! It's not on good terms you meet them, but they will bring hope and smiles to your case and you will know exactly where to go when trouble comes your way. Highly recommended. I am forever dedicated coming here in times of need.
