I received an Eviction Notice from my landlord for a court date of 11/13/23. I showed up to the Denver Eviction Clinic at the Denver Court House on Monday the 6th and was met with a representative from this firm who processed my case for free. They filed my answer and all I had to do was forward it to the Clerk of Court once they emailed it to me. They even provided me with the Financial Affidavit, so I didn't even have to pay any court costs! They were quick, easy and professional and after receiving assistance from the C.A.R.E. program with rental assistance, my case was quickly dropped. Thank you, Colorado Affordable Legals Services!
