Mr.Timlin is an awesome lawyer. He knows what he is doing. He helped me get my daughter back with a structural plan. He's very direct and doesn't feed you lies or give you false hope. He does care and he does understand every situation and he approaches every case with compassion. Hes very good at his job but I have seen that to him it's more than just a job. I recommend him to anyone who is dealing with a CPS case and who is willing to listen to him and take his advice you will not be disappointed.

If you’re looking for a really good attorney, stop looking. When I found Mr Timlin, I’d been through five attorneys in five years and had only gone backwards. I was so down and out, I’d given up all hope. It’s been a long painful road, but without Mr Timlin it wouldn’t have a happy ending. Mr Timlin was straight up with me from the very beginning and laid out a long term plan. As painful as it was, I followed his plan exactly. It wasn’t easy, but I am so glad I did. Today my daughter is safe and recovering from years of unimaginable abuse. Mr Timlin has been doing this a long time and is really good at what he does. He is well connected and very experienced. He has a calm, methodical demeanor and very easy to work with. He’s well organized and professional, but most of all he has empathy. He cares and he gets it.
