I would like to share with you why I hold Amada Pfiel Hood Esq. of Ogborn Mihm in the highest regard and recommend her services to you. When you've been involved in an accident it can be traumatizing, overwhelming and debilitating on a number of levels. That's how it was for me after having been hit by another driver and sustaining a traumatic brain injury. I had now been pushed into the deep, dark rabbit hole of insurance companies. In my case, I found the insurance representatives to be impatient, demanding and unsympathetic as I tried to keep up with their numerous requests while dealing with the fallout of my brain injury. However, that dismal situation was about to change for the better. I had the unbelievable good fortune to have the wonderful law firm of Ogborn Mihm represent me (thank you Steve Shapiro). She became the calm in the insurance storm that had been swirling around me for quite some time. We had many conversations regarding my case and she consistently listened with respect and patience. She counseled me and with complete clarity told me how she was going to proceed and then she followed though. She also relieved me of all interactions with the insurance companies. The relief from that burden alone was tremendous. The insurance companies tried a number of times to settle for a meager amount but Amanda was not deterred. I was referred to this firm but unfortunately I've been unable to get someone to return my call. I have called every week for the past 5 weeks and told an attorney would be calling to discuss my case. If you can't handle your caseload then tell me and I will find someone else but don't just ignore people who are looking for help. Shame on you!

Melissa Winthers was my attorney for my TBI injury that I incurred on the job with the USPS that ended my career.
