I had a pleasant experience with Dan Gerash, Dianne, and the rest of the team at Gerash Steiner Blanton. Dan was attentive, responsive, friendly, clearly fought for me, and was very honest with realistic expectations but also was strong in his conviction to defend me. They walked me through each step of the way and was always there to speak with in case I had a question or a concern. I would recommend him and team, do not hesitate to call them if you need their services!

My Whistleblower lawsuit against my ex-employer, a large insurance company went south for a multitude of reasons. I needed an appellate lawyer. The lineage of this firm, back to the legendary Walter Gerash, compelled me to make a phone. My call was promptly returned by Mike Blanton, a member of this firm. After carefully reviewing everything, Mr. Blanton believed in me and my case. He single handedly took on an army of corporate lawyers and made them all look ridiculous. I now feel vindicated after Mr. Blanton rescued my case from the abyss and obtained the judgment due to me. Mr. Blanton is scary smart. He shredded opposing counsel's BS and lies. He argued my case to the 10th circuit stronger than I thought possible. If you are in need of legal help, you would be foolish not to call this man for his opinion and assistance.

Great Law Firm. They were up-front about the process and fees and handled my child's case to a very successful conclusion. I would recommend this form to anyone.

I’m appalled by the service that cost me an arm and a leg, and produced no results. Dan Gerash charged me approximately all together $8,000 for basically advising/making me to take a plea. I could’ve been better off defending myself! Then , he wanted me to make sure I meet with recommended by him Psychiatrist! Marvelous! That cost me an additional $1,200. I’ve spoken with other advocates, and they said Dan Gerash has put no effort to advocate for me. Never hire him or his psychiatrist. They are just money-grabbing individuals that don’t care about your case (or representing it honestly). They only want to take your money, and make sure they get paid for the least amount of work! He’s incredibly savvy in making you pay for minimum work on his end! DO NOT trust his offer to help your case!!! He will only try to take a path of least resistance! Don’t even get me started on his recommended criminal psychiatrist!!! 4 sessions and a letter cost me almost $3,000. How can both of them pretend to do us a service?!? Because they want to make money off of us. According to them, we don’t know better, and they can easily take advantage. The Worst lawyer ever!!! And the only lawyer I had to use! I trusted him, and he did Nothing for my case! Please, never use his services!!!
