You knew the right questions to ask of all the witnesses. Of course we were scared going into the trial but the way you handled it made us feel at ease every step of the way. You were a fireball! My son said from the begining that he didn't do what he was accused of doing, and you believed him and fought for that. If he were guilty for this minor infraction he would have owned up to it-but he said he didn't do it. And you fought for him and got the right verdict-not guilty! Thank you so much. I can honestly say that Ms. Schmidt is one of the most professional attorneys I have ever spoken with. My case was a massive undertaking for any attorney because it included 4 states and a DUI from over a decade ago. One state that had no jurisdiction regarding the matter was holding my drivers license hostage in the state I currently live in which neither had anything to do with the original infraction.
