My case in the hands of a bad lawyer would have been a disaster. I found Michael on Avvo after reading all the great reviews. I knew my immigration case was complicated after one lawyer told me she could not in all honesty take it on, because she would be putting me in danger of deportation. The second lawyer just didn't seem capable at all. When i brought my case to Micheal, he carefully looked at everything i had, did amazing research and was able to reassure me that i might have a good chance to adjust my status. Without going in all the details, he did perform a "miracle" because i am sitting here with my green card! My husband and i are internally grateful to this amazing attorney. Mr. Gianelli is an amazing lawyer and an all around great guy. I had a very difficult case in which I was falsely accused of domestic violence/ battery/ assault/ harassment. I am a single mom of a 4yr old boy and when I came to Mr. Gianelli I was in such a horrible state emotionally. After meeting with Mr. Gianelli I right away hired him, he not only was experienced and professional but he was compassionate and patient. Mr. Gianelli is the definition of unrelenting, he was determined and fought hard for me until the end, he believed in me and never gave up. I can't recommend Michael Gianelli highly enough. We knew nothing about the immigration or legal system in America and Michael dealt with our family in a patient manner answering all our questions and emails promptly and was very accessible to us.
