I first came into contact with Philip when he was suggested highly by another attorney. He called ME to provide free advice for my Medical Evaluation Board with the Air Force. When I got back an unfair percentage, he first asked to look at the fimdings and see if he could help first. After deciding he could help and explained everything to me so I understood, I decided to retain him. As the process went along I felt bad that I didn't have a lot of questions. I didn't because when Philip would call me he always mapped out what was going on and stayed on the phone with me until I understood. He kept in excellent contact with me and if I did have a question, he answered the phone except twice and then got back with me quickly. We did have to go to a formal board in person. I was nervous until I met Philip. He was honest about our chances and he prepared my witnesses and me quite thoroughly. He was friendly, courteous, and put me at ease. He was excellent in the courtroom, and even though I was nervous testifying he had me prepared and also took care of me when unfair questions were raised. FYI all the JAG officers tried to hire him once the met him (I took this as a good sign). I got the results that I wanted and needed with Mr. Philip Reutlinger but I would highly recommend him even if I didn't. I honestly can't think of any criticism of his services. I would recommend him and already have.

Phil served as the Navy PEB's in-house counsel while I was the PEB's senior board member. He always provided prompt, concise, and accurate advice. His advice made him instrumental in the Board's success, and the accuracy of his counsel was measurable by the ultra-low overturn at appeal rate.
