Lack of communication and availability for client
“Mr. Cohen is unbelievably rude, condescending, and just downright unbearable. As an attorney, his job is to represent his clients to the best of his ability, and to answer questions for scared (authorized) family members- yet every time I asked Mr. Cohen a question, he came back to me with an attitude and made me feel that I should already know the answer and that I was wasting his time by asking said questions.”
