Very professional. Would highly recommend this firm.

To begin, Mr. Semler was hired to help with real estate in my dissolution of marriage. Mr. Semler did not communicate in a timely fashion. He ignored emails and phone calls and went in vacation to Maine during an important hearing sending 2 other attorney's that did not do well with my case. Mr. Semler screamed and yelled during meetings to get his way. The entire experience was negative with Mr. Semler and after I fired him he didn't let go of me and continued to bill me. It was a nightmare. He also advertises he does not charge for his consultation. Mr. Semler charged me an enourmous amount and did not produce the bill until three months later.

Dan was my attorney and he got right back to me on my initial call. Diane I believe actually seems to run the office and will make sure you are taken care of. I have had attorneys in the past that I haven’t felt great about. If you’re having legal problems at all , I would spend a few moments talking to them before choosing another attorney. Sometimes you have to kick a few tires to find the right attorney. It’s not all about money with this firm.

Never got a return call nothing it was three weeks ago

A year and a half ago my best friend Tom went missing. After searching for several days we located him in the hospital. He had been hit from behind by a drunk driver, and was lucky to be alive. In need of a good defense attorney we were referred to Dan Gerash. Dan helped Tom through many obstacles on his way to recovery. He was able to deal with both the driver's and Tom's insurance companies (I highly recommend under-insured driver insurance after this whole experience). Dan negotiated the maximum possible insurance payout from both companies. In addition Dan was able to successfully settle a DRAM lawsuit from the establishment the driver had been drinking at. Dan impressed me with his genuine concern for Tom's health and friendly manner through out our dealings with him. I highly recommend Dan Gerash if you are seeking a personal injury attorney.

Mr. Semler helped me in a complex residential real estate transaction. He was straightforward and his expertise helped make a bad situation - better. I would recommend him and his team for expertise in real estate law.

I was a young adult and had Mr. Gerash represent me in two felony cases. He charged me enormous fees and didnt fight for me at all. He had me accept a plea bargen by scaring me into believing if I lost a trial I could go to prison. He in no way cares about his clients and is looking for easy money from people that dont know any better. Later I realized the case I was charged with should have not been a felony, most lawyers would have jnown enough to fight for me. Find a different lawyer; best decision you could ever make
