Matt is true, solid, and got the job done! He's down to earth and easy to talk too! It was an easy and good experience going thru this process with Matt!

I was given Matt's phone number from the 3rd attorney that I contacted who wasn't intrested in taking on my denied case, they suggested that he might be able to help me. So, I reached out to him via phone. I felt VERY hopeless and doomed at this point. I knew that what I was experiencing (the injury) was VERY real and not my fault!! Not only did Matt work hard for me, he was my advocate the whole time. He or his paralegal Maren were also there for me anytime I needed them for question, concern, etc via phone or email, around 6 months later, the company finally admitted fault!! I'm very thankful for Matt and his ability to get the outcome I wanted and for the company finally taking responsibility! He is your guy if you need help!!!

The experience working with Erika was hands down the most comfortable I felt about my situation the entire time. I was denied my workers compensation claim and she put me at ease the first time I spoke to her. Working with her was pleasant and every experience with her I felt like we were gaining ground. She recommended I get an independent examination and by taking her advice just a few days later the company reached out to figure out a settlement. She ended up negotiating more then I would have expected going to court. I do believe this was due to her knowledge of the system. I would never have gotten where I did as fast as I did without her. As far as scheduling and administrative responsibilities Fran was amazing. She worked with me on schedule to make sure I was able to get the information I needed at the time that worked for my schedule. Being in a hospitality field her customer service was top notch. I normally am not fully comfortable signing documents without being skeptical. Erika and Fran both made it painless they were trustworthy and what they said was true. Honesty is a huge thing in a situation like this for me because I don't know who to trust. I am not in legal I do not understand how most of this works. By putting my trust in them I came out way further ahead then I ever thought I would. Thank you from the bottom of my Heart Erika you have allowed my family to continue to grow and took the biggest black spot completely out of the frame. This is worth more then any settlement ever would be.

Do not hire these people , they dropped my case half way . They will not put in the work or fight for your case . They are looking for simple cases they can make easy money off .

My wifes lawyer with this firm asked me to leave her meeting with him regarding upcoming disability hearing. I do not understand why, I am the spouse and should have been allowed to set in. This is 2nd time he has did this to me. The first time he had no problem me writting him a check, retainer. I just do not understand! My wife sets in when I meet with my attorney. Just in closing I feel this is wrong. I will never recommend any one to him. Nothing against the firm and the other lawyers. I doubt they treat there married clients this way
