Todd has been my attorney for nearly twenty years. I have used him in three court cases and have had successful outcomes in each one. In the most recent case I had to use his representation, he defended my Sons and I in a vindictive use of a protection order. He was successful in proving our case and the permanent protection order was not granted. He is the best in the business and would highly recommended him.

Todd was very knowledgeable in divorce law and in all that was needed in my case. Immediately, I felt heard by him as he listened to my needs, and felt reassured by his calm demeanor. He would remind me what was important and what was worth pursuing, and what was not worth the time to argue about. He and his assistant were always on top of things, always informing me of the next steps, and explaining with patience what to do. I never felt rushed, and never felt that it was only about billing his time. He was very fair in his fees.

I have known Todd for several years so thankfully I knew who to call when I opened a letter from Douglas County Sheriff Dept. stating they had a warrant for my arrest! Todd was readily available to assist, took the appropriate action, and resolved the mistaken identity case with Douglas County Sheriff Department.
