Randy is able to quickly assess a complicated legal situation and describe the pros and cons of the most advantagious method of constructively engaging a difficult situation. His work on our behalf was very efficient and positive given the extremely complicated nature of the situation. At our final settlement there were 11 lawyers present and others participating electronically. Randy and his co-counsel were able to constructively engage the opposition and achieve a substantive resolution for us to a difficult and contentious situation that had been compounded by bad fath representation by another legal firm.
