We were in a real bind financially - Steve was incredible! He didn't make any outlandish promises and he was able to do more than he initially stated. Although I hope that we don't find ourselves in that position again, we would definitely use them if we do!

I found Steve Craig two years ago when we were dealing with $36,000 of Credit Card debt from multiple companies. Steve was very upfront about what he could do, and couldn't do. Some companies will not negotiate, Steve let us know which ones where more apt to settle. The process is not fast, it takes time. On average, we settled about 40 cents on the dollar. Steve does have a fee, that is explained up front. He does not work for free, nor should he. There are also tax implications that you need to understand. He is very flexible with payment arrangements. There is no magic bullet that will make your debts go away, but there is a strategy that will help make some of them less of a mountain. You also need to work with budget planner to help make sure you don't repeat the patterns that got your into the mess in the first place. Today, we are negotiating settlement on the final account. Within 12 months, $36,000 of debt will be gone. That's a big weight off our backs.
