Jerome is very knowledgeable in Real Estate matters and a voice of reason when we felt we were ready to just file court papers over a small lot line dispute. We followed his advice to take a different approach, and we were able to achieve our desired result so we could move forward to develop our land for our next residence. Payment methods for his services were convenient and accommodate remote arrangements for out of state clients.
