I'm a general contractor and a Real Estate investor. I just sold a house to one of my tenants and there were some issues post closing where the buyer wanted more money. The circumstances surrounding this particular issue are quite unusual and not like anything I have ever experienced before. I talked to Jerome for about 15 minutes and he helped me sort it out well. Then when I asked to pay him he told me not to worry about it unless I needed his help with this case in the future. I have a feeling I will be calling Jerome again... even if it isn't about this particular case....

I don't usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience that I feel obligated to leave one. JR helped me navigate a real estate transaction without a realtor. This resulted in a MAJOR savings on my behalf. He was professional, provided excellent guidance, and was available to take my call every time that I needed him. Towards the end of the transaction there were some complications due to existing tenants on the property but JR was able to guide me through it successfully. I will definitely use Geraghty Law Office again in the future.
