You'll be hard pressed to find a better criminal attorney than Greg Daniels. He is sharp, hard-working and excellent at strategy. He is also incredible in depositions and cross-examinations. Lastly, he is easy to get ahold of, which is of great value in criminal defense. He has my highest recommendation.

I rarely write reviews for anyone... but I want everyone to know what a wonderful attorney Greg Daniels is. Greg gave me the peace of mind and confidence during my court case. He told me everything would work out and he exceeded my expectations. Greg explained the process, how the court worked and how he was going to work with the DA to get my charges reduced. Greg has the experience, demeanor and charisma that puts people at ease and achieves outstanding results. I was charged for a hit-and-run for bumping into a car in a parking lot. The car I backed into was illegally parked and I was unaware I had caused any damaged. When notified by the police, it was a total surprise. He had my charges reduced of a criminal hit-and-run (a criminal charge which included a rather large fine, community service and multiple point to my driver's license) reduced to a minor traffic ticket and a small fine. I talked to two other attorney's, and they told me to take the first DA offer. So happy I went with Greg who told me to fight it. Greg is the best!

I hired Greg Daniel’s for a trial on A DUI I refuse to blow and plead not guilty. He went in the initial pre-trial agreement without counselling me on what was encompassed. Mr. Daniel’s told me that pre-trail was like babysitting. This could not be further from the truth. Pretrial basically strips you of every privilege you have to support your family while preparing for trail. I had a prior that was a days short of 10 year with circumstances which would have weighed heavily on the court but Mr. Daniel’s did not even address this with me. He flippantly mentioned he was wrong about the date by a short time period. Once on pretrial I was issued a warrant for diluted UA’s without my knowledge. No paperwork or explanation of what causes a dilute was address and he did nothing to protect me here. The judge put an ankle monitor on me. (Remember I still am not guilty) to learn no I am not drinking alcohol. This affected my income in which I lost a major account. 10 months later Mr. Daniels still would not take my case to trial. The judge said I could work out of town and Mr. Daniels did not help me cover all of my needs to address the pre-trail issues. Another warrant was issued for me without my knowledge. He asked for an expert witness not guiding me on how to obtain one. I gave him one, but the man was old a senile and ha memory problems. Then he wanted me to make the witness appear. I could not do that. He then asked for documentation I could not readily produce. 3 weeks prior to trail he told me he was asking for a continuance. He told me this multiple time in email and text. Then he said I must show up at the minute when I was sick. I gave him my doctors note to which he wanted more evidence. In my opinion Mr. Daniel’s was the worse attorney I could have hired to help me through a very devastating ordeal where I did not understand the laws or penalties as I a not a natively from Colorado. Today he dropped because I owed a $40 fee to the courts and no show for a court date to be continued. First of all I’ve tried to pay 2 times, but they will not take cash or credit card. The pretrial people told me not to worry about the $40 and pay it anytime.

Where to start with Attorney Gregory Daniels, Well let me start by saying that out of all the attorneys I contacted Daniels was the ONLY one who actually took the time and consideration to listen and actually want to help!!!! Not only was his price super fair but his work was AMAZING! Every other attorney kept telling me I was GOING TO HAVE to present myself in court and that there was a high chance of me doing jail time! Well NOT with Daniels!!!! Not only was my case dismissed but I never had to show up for court, he also had my warrant lifted in a matter of 3 days!!!!! Which was one of the reasons the other Attorneys I contacted told me I was gonna have to appear, not only is he VERY communicative but always there to answer your calls and always kept me updated on every move!!! Greg I was grateful and BLESSED to find such an Attorney as yourself!!! WAY TO GO!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY TO ANYONE DO NOT HESITATE HE WILL GET IT DONE!!!!

Mr. Daniels exceeded our expectations. I was charged with a felony and needed an attorney with significant expertise with felonies, as I was literally in jeopardy of losing everything. I have had prior arrests and was in horrible position. I was facing significant jail time and that felony charge would have put me in a position of losing my job. I am a professional and was skeptical of other attorneys because it seemed like they were just after telling me what I wanted to hear just to earn my business. Mr. Daniels took the time to explain to me the pros and cons, answered all my questions, and told me the best and worst case scenarios if I either took it to trial or took a plea. He was extremely knowledgeable and an incredible negotiator. In the end, I did not receive any jail sentence, nor was I convicted of a felony!
