I first came to Kelly with a complicated corporate case. I came to Kelly feeling utterly frustrated, defeated and alone with the process having dealt with it mostly on my own for many years. Kelly was not only incredibly generous with her time during our first meeting but was understanding and kind. She was most effective in navigating the system and achieved a significant sentence reduction for me by discovering an error that had gone unnoticed for several years. She kept me informed every step of the way--she made me feel empowered and confident and I knew she would get me through the final stages of my case successfully. I recommend her HIGHLY. Freedom is a right granted to every American citizen. Consequently theses freedoms can be stripped from us by making the wrong choices. I myself have had quite the colorful past I was facing my 5th DUI arrest and my 4th conviction along with a Domestic Violence assault charge. I was referred to Kelly Cherry by a close friend who is also an attorney because, of her extensive knowledge of the judicial system along with her experience in court he believed she was the best attorney to handle my case. I was impressed with the way in which Kelly carried and conducted herself in court. I have watched many attorneys interact in a court room; Kelly is by far one of the most professional I have encountered. Kelly was able to work out an unbelievable deal for me, Kelly brought the truth and reality of the situation to light inside the court room to the DA and Judge. I pled guilty to lesser charges,” DWAI 2nd” and “Harassment.” I served the minimum mandatory of 10 days in jail and probation for two years. Which she is currently working on an early termination of probation for me. My experience with Kelly has been nothing but positive and I know for a fact, when life throws a curve ball at you and a decision is made which could infringe on your freedoms, you want an attorney like Kelly in your corner swinging for you.

Ms Cherry represented my daughter in two unique and difficult concurrent felony cases. Ms Cherry is soft spoken and patient but direct in explaining what to expect as each case moved forward and just before each court appearance. She was well prepared and professional with my daughter's representation.
