I have reached out to this attorney several times and was finally able to get a hold of Ernesto. He told me to follow up with a claim number and I did, but it's been a couple weeks now and still nothing. I tried calling again and always seem to get a voicemail, but I feel like they're making my divorce process drag out even longer due to their lack of general care and response for the client. I guess I'll just move on to the next group of lawyers and hopefully someone will actually assist me, instead of wasting my time....
