I researched numerous bankruptcy lawyers and I found that Devon Barclay was not only the best price, but a down-to-earth and friendly cool guy. I contacted him and I got a response within 24 hours. He sent me an email with a list of documents that I would need to for the process. I sent my documents to him, they were processed and I was ready for court within a week! He was sending me emails at 10p at night!! He is very attentive, and has a legal secretary (Priscilla Hernandez) whom is very professional and continued to be top notch in her efforts in following up and working very closely with Devon for a successful outcome. My experience was NON-stressful, financially affordable considering the fact I was filing bankruptcy for "financial" reasons. I referred a family member and she was concerned that it would cost her more money because her financial situation was different (she had more things involved). She paid a flat fee of $500. I chose the payment plan with very affordable payment option. This is a new beginning... not a step backward.
