I was referred to John Fuller by a friend who had hired him before with success. I am very grateful that I went to John! He is very knowledgeable and knows how to explain the process. He takes the time to go over everything with you and did not expect payment up front. Carina always returned my emails and calls within a few hours and when it was time to decide what to do with the case, John called me and spoke to me at length (20 minutes, maybe more) and he let me decide what I wanted to do instead of telling me what I had to do. If I ever need a personal injury lawyer again, I will definitely be going back to John Fuller!

My case was a bit unusual. I was hit from behind by a bicycle rider. I had extensive dental injuries, and needed surgery on both wrists. John was familiar with the liability insurance that would cover my injuries. He was careful to explain all of the steps we would have to go through, and the legal consequences of decisions. He also acted as a sounding board, and occasional shoulder to cry on, as the medical and dental decisions were made. Most importantly, he obtained a fair settlement for me. On a sunny afternoon, I was involved in a near-death accident involving a heavy metal pole that put my head between it and the ground! 36 hours later, I woke up in intensive care blind in one eye, loss of hearing in my opposite ear, numbness in my face, and loss of short term memory. The Doctor said TBI -brain injury. Also, a loss of balance (I found that out when I tried to get up.) Many months later, and lots of physical therapy, am doing better!
