At my first call I was given advise of what could happen and what could be done without charging me one penny unlike other attorneys that I had called already. We dont live in Denver, so it wasn't necessary to go to Denver to resolve the case; everything was done by phone and via email and always with a positive and supportive attitude (the attorney that took our case was Jonathon Lucero). This was very important to us because it helped our stress levels to go down. There staff also speaks Spanish and they always showed a humble attitude. I definitely will Recommend Hernandez & Associates to anyone.

Hernandez & Associates, specifically Jose, provided excellent representation and counsel for my step-son's criminal (domestic violence) case. Jose was very responses to our inquiries, questions, and working through an often confusing court system. With their leadership we were able to reach a positive outcome for our son's case.
