DO NOT HIRE THEM. If i could rate them negative stars I would. We were looking for an immigration lawyer to help with my husband's case and all we got was scammed. They were very quick to ask for money (an insane amount compared to other places but they were promising a quick case closure.) very quick to ask for all our paperwork, ID's and everything the first time we sat down. After that, BOOM, NOTHING. We spoke to multiple different assistant that had us send the same paperwork multiple times to PERSONAL EMAILS and when I would call back they would say they didn't have any of it and that person no longer worked there (again, multiple times). After 7 months of calling to make our payments and being told there was "no update" on our case, I asked for a case number from USIS (something you receive as soon as your paperwork is sent in) 3 WEEKS of me calling everyday and them saying "we will call you back later" until i showed up to there office and sat there until someone gave me an explanation. Waited for 1.5hs to try and speak to my lawyer (who i have not met to this day), was told by the office manager that he would look up my case and find out what was going on. Come to find out NOTHING WAS EVER SENT IN and once again we were asked for ALLLLLLLLLLL our paperwork. At this point we had been promised our case would have been basically closed and nothing had been done. fast forward 3 months later and we have yet to sit down with our lawyer. we were told we would be meeting with Cristine in July and it is MID AUGUST. They sent up the free consultation withing one week but all of a sudden are soooooooooo busy they can't even call back or have a meeting with a PAYING CLIENT. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. Tiktok creators are better lawyers than these people.

I gave my DACA program through them and normally takes about two weeks to get my new card from the start to when I get it so the system works very fast with them. They also helped me get an advance parole to be able to visit family in Mexico that can’t travel to the USA due to age or illness.

En esta firma de abogados son MENTIROSOS! Cuando hablamos con la abogada Emily McDowell por teléfono la primera vez acerca de nuestro caso, nos dio un precio total por todo el proceso. El día que fuimos en persona a firmar el contrato, nos dieron un precio totalmente diferente. Quisimos aclarar la confusión explicando que ella nos había dicho claramente un precio diferente, pero la persona encargada de los contratos se mostró sorprendido y tuvo que preguntarle a la abogada. Después de haber esperado unos minutos su respuesta, se nos dijo que el precio que nosotros teníamos era incorrecto. En ese mismo instante decidimos no contratar los servicios de esta oficina de abogados. No se puede confiar en un lugar que a ultimo momento te cambian los precios, abusando de la confianza de la gente que solicita sus servicios. Conclusión: NO VAYAN A HERNÁNDEZ & ASSOCIATES.

Excelente servicio ..Solo fui por una consulta y desde el principio fueron muy amables todos . En especial el abogado Arnulfo D Hernández me respondió todas mis dudas. 💯Recomendado!!!!

To Who ever sees this review I want to tell you about these called lawyers, I had a case with them and they stole my money, and didn't fight my case. After 2 years and a half I just had to do everything and no matter how much I told them, they always didn't do anything, so I had to get a real lawyer who can really help me now! they did charge me a lot of money, because that’s the only thing that they’re good for! when you get to their office, they speak. nice and we thought they would work well with us and do what they promise, but the true is that they will only get your money make you promises and in the end they won’t work in your case and will only get your money and you will gain nothing just waste your money and time, Hernandez associates called Lawyers but what they are is thieves get a real Lawyer my friend they will only still your money and do nothing for you!

This firm advertises itself as a civil rights attorney on their own webpage but won’t hear anyone case if they don’t have criminal charges.
