Ms. Harned is a completely biased CFI who will not rely on recent psychological studies...or any studies. Just ask her. Celia: "The studies show [my parenting plan] is in the best interests of the child." Me: "What studies are you referring to?" Celia: "The studies show this." Me: "Well, can you name a few?" Celia: "I don't have time to list all of the studies; you'll have to look them up." It is telling when someone practicing for as long as she has been but can't name a single study to back up anything. Her CFI report was completely biased. She shaped facts by leaving out details that would be damning to the other party. I also can confirm spelling mistakes and carelessness in obtaining facts. I live outside of Colorado and wanted a live virtual interview, which was denied. I still sent videos; I asked obvious questions about the videos to test whether she actually watched them. Nope. Now I have a Court Order that adopted her "report" almost verbatim.

Celia was the CFI for my grand daughter's case that involved Celia having to conduct telephone interviews with out of state family members. She spent more time disclosing her opinions than she did asking intentional, information gathering questions pertinent to the case. It was clear from my "interview" that she had already determined what her recommendations would be. These recommendations were based on nothing more than her own biased impressions without any supporting professional insight or facts. She is a poor interviewer with little to no communication skills. I am a Clinical Social Worker with experience in the child welfare system. I supported involving a CFI because in theory it is suppose to provide an objective, informed viewpoint of what is in the best interest of the child. Being from out of state, I assumed the CFI would be an attorney with additional education and training since these can be emotionally charged situations with a lot at stake for entire families. I was extremely disappointed and would caution any family to circumvent this process at any cost. Even the experience of dealing with Celia was unpleasant and left me feeling mislead and manipulated.

I would never recommend Celia as a CFI to anyone she is unfair and I’m bias she does not recommend wants the best for people and situations and include both sets of parents which should be she lets the children control more of the decision making and adults with adults around by the children and nowadays he could see why our children or our control because they are not disciplined and they do not respect adults and this is a woman that does not do any guidance for anyone or help out anyone in any situation

Rachael is an expert at what she does. She keeps up to date on all the latest changes in the cannabis industry and always goes the extra mile for her clients. I have greatly enjoyed working with her on matters and would never hesitate to refer clients to her.

He is the most unethical person I know, he doesn’t care about his clients at all, he never answers his phone once you are his client, never lets you know how is the case going or what he needs from you he had the immigration case of a relative and he didn’t try to at least extend his court in which my relative had to accept voluntarily leaving the country, and now he’s dead, it wasn’t his fault but if he would have tried harder everything would be different... after knowing what happened he doesn’t even try to help to get the bond back from immigration he is a horrible horrible lawyer and irresponsible!!!!!

Kevin Pauly is everything a lawyer should be! I am a young scientist, father, and an anti-authoritarian. I’ve interacted with fascist police far too often in my life and was recently wrongfully charged by one. I’ve spoken with many attorneys over the years & most come across as sleazy, slimy, conmen that are only interested in representing you to make money. Kevin Pauly is the antithesis of a sleazy lawyer & has completely opened my mind & heart to how good a lawyer can be - and how good people can be! Kevin is highly intelligent, competent, and just flat-out knows his stuff! Many times I proposed a strategy to Kevin and he would explore it with me and almost always responded with a perspective that I found far better! As a math & science person, Kevin’s willingness to consider & discuss strategy is what I need in a lawyer; I don’t want a lawyer who I argue with, but since I’m paying them to represent me I required that my wishes are front and center in the direction of their motives to act on my behalf. What a surprise it was when Kevin continually reframed our strategy in ways that were just simply far better than what I initially proposed...Needless to say, I knew I had hired a brilliant lawyer! Strategy is one thing, but implementing strategy that manifests the desire outcome is what really matters. Kevin flat out got the prosecuting attorney to dismiss my case! No deferred prosecution, no deferred sentence, no deferred judgment, but a straight out dismissal of my charges, stating “reason: in the interest of justice”!!! When I say “Kevin got the attorney to...” I mean it!. When I spoke with the city attorney at my arraignment I was offered no deal of any kind. After a series of meetings & phone calls with Kevin, she became very helpful [and I thank her & Kevin both for that]. Kevin was able to build up agreement between himself and the city attorney to dismiss the charges. Kevin is a such a pleasant, intelligent, and genuine person to converse with! I believe his positivity is elemental to his ability to argue the heart of the matter while suppressing unhelpful adversely stances on either side. Kevin is a wonderful & genuine human being, who also happens to be a brilliant lawyer! I cannot thank you enough Kevin for all you help! You’ve been such a positive force in my life!

Rachael was very quick to respond to our need regarding a contract lease deal that had some urgency to make the deal happen. She was always responsive and professional. We will definitely be keep her as our go to attorney.

This women did an awful investigation in our case. She would not look at my info which was extensive. She was very one sided and reported falsely on our case. In my opinion she is a con women. She ignored sexually inappropriate behavior on the fathers side along with domestic violence. She would not even hear me speak amd when i tried to record the conversation she stopped the interview. This woman should not be in this position. She placed my child with a man who had 3 dependency and neglect convictions.

RZA is a very top-notch service from a very wise and down to earth professional. Rachael helped me review a lease for a commercial space I am renting, and a publishing contract. She has also aided me in estate planning services when my mom was dying and I needed some significant help. She broke down what was needed into language I understood, and always treated me with immense kindness in the process. She is the real deal, and I will never hesitate to call her for future estate planning and lease review needs I have!

I have worked with Rachael consistently over the last 1.5 years + and fully recommend her. She is responsive, knowledgeable, and diligent in her research of my questions and concerns. She sends out newsletters with highlights of changes in legislation so that I have reminders about what is upcoming and she is always available for a company specific question. If you are looking for an attorney in Colorado in the cannabis space, she is great!

After having our second child, my husband and I decided it was time to get our affairs in order. We had a general idea of what we wanted but did not have the resources or the expertise to execute such documents on our own. Rachael took the time to educate us on our options and provided us with helpful documents to navigate the process. Because the documents were so much more thorough than those you can buy online, they lead to many very important conversations between my husband and I about our desires and wishes that we would not have had otherwise. Even though creating documents like this can be a bit scary, creating them with Rachael ended up being another way that my husband and I got to know each other better and feel more secure in our future together. Rachael is not only competent, professional, smart and warm, but she is a pleasure to work with. We will continue to work with her for any future legal needs.
