Remington was wonderful in helping after my car accident. Made sure I was getting appropriate medical care and made it really easy to understand what needed to be done, and took care of almost everything that needed to be done. He always put my well-being and health first before anything else. He's very respectful and knowledgable and worked around my hectic college schedule.

I had a vehicle accident Februay 2018 and did not have any help from my insurance company. I had just spent 8 months and over $20k to get pregnant and got t-boned in my second trimester. It was a very stressful time and because Farmers insurance didn’t do much on my behalf I reached out to Remington Fang. He gave me several hours of his time and gave me advice regarding my accident. I was offered a less than fair amount and he said I should write a formal letter and explain my situation. I did this and the offer from the party at fault went up Significantly. I called Remington and asked some more questions and he gave me some figures and advice regarding insurance payments and claims so I asked for more money to make sure my bills were covered that insurance paid (I wasn’t aware they would seek the full amount from me or the at fault parties insurance). I received the final offer (A LOT more than the original offer - all thanks to Remington’s guidance) with the release and didn’t quite understand the wording so I called Remington again and he asked me to email it to him. I did so and he explained the exact meaning paragraph by paragraph, he also gave me information about my final settlement and let me know he didn’t know the details 100% so he couldn’t legally tell me if t were fair or not. I took up a lot of Remington’s time, the first two phone calls were spent explaining my situation, 8 months of trying to conceive, the details of the accident, etc. We opened up to eachother about our personal lives and about what we had in common and he made me feel like family or a close friend. I DID NOT PAY A DIME TO THIS MAN OR HIS LAWFIRM. He helped me out of the goodness of his heart, whether it was because of my situation or just because he’s a good guy but he looked out for myself and my family and I greatly appreciate it. He always got back to me right away even though I wasn’t a paying customer and was so friendly. I even went 8 months without speaking to him and he remembered me by name and asked how my son was doing. I was impressed and if I ever need legal help (hopefully not) I will always give him a call. I would definitely recommend you use this law firm, I know without a doubt they treat everyone as if they’re a person (not just $$) and are empathetic to their situation. Going in, I was nervous! I had never worked with an attorney before and had never been an accident bad enough to need medical attention. Someone recommended Remington Fang and I will be forever grateful that they did, because the service that I received was outstanding. Immediately upon meeting Remington, I recognized the caring undertone with which I knew I'd be treated the entire time I worked with him and his associates. And I was not disappointed! He made me feel safe and comfortable with the process, by not only explaining it to me, but empathizing with me about my fears and wiping them away. I was rear ended in May of 2018 wasn’t really stoked about the care I was receiving or dealing with insurance. From the moment Remington took up my case he made sure I was getting the care I needed from quality professionals. Mr Remington Fang is a great person above all. I gave him a call for some legal advice and he has provided a detailed, reassuring, free legal advice with deep knowledge.
