I originally hired another firm to handle my injury case and when I realized that they were unprofessional and unable to return my calls or emails in a prompt manner I quickly began looking for a new attorney. I am so glad that I did!!! From the first time I spoke to Remington I knew I was in good hands. He worked around my schedule, took his time in explaining how his office worked, the fee’s I could expect to pay, he answered all of my questions and explained every step of the process; including the fact that I would be working with Susan Chadderdon. I cannot express how attentive and caring Susan really is, she is a rare breed in this industry and I’m glad she was on my side!!! She constantly followed up with me and made sure I was okay every time we spoke. She took her time with me and at times when I asked the same questions over and over she HAD 100% patience. What can I say that hasn't already been said? My story in a nutshell. I moved to COS 3 years ago to rescue my 2 year old grandson. Mom & dad we're on heroin. All's well that ends well with that. My wife and I are retired and were looking to go back to Ohio because real estate it's so damn expensive here. It broke my heart because my grandson & I have bonded so close! I had an incident where a driver pulled out in front of me as I was going 35mph. I'm not the sueing type but their ins. co. wouldn't work with me, and I was at my wit's end with them. I was extremely satisfied with the legal service provide by Mr. Fang and I would recommend Remington to all of my friends and family. He handled my case against another insurance company regarding an accident where I was the passenger. He kept me informed, was knowledgeable and made the situation so much easier to deal with.
