I hired Ben LaBranche as soon as I was aware charges were filled against me. He was amazing from the start!! He let me go on a payment plan to cover his fees, that was extremely helpful!! Also, the consultation was free!! For my DWI charges, he did everything in his power to win my case!! We went to trial, he was amazing!! He asked all the right questions when the officer was on the stand, and he won my case!! Anytime I needed to speak to him whether it was over the phone or in person, he was available for me. For my Driving under suspension case, I didn't even have to go to court!! He fixed everything for me before the court date and even paid any fines I had for that charge!! Ben got to work right away after the initial phone consultation. I was dealing bench warrants from a suspended license, paraphernalia charge, and multiple traffic violations. All of the warrants were resolved and it all turned out better than expected. The best part of my experience with Ben was that I never had to appear in court. I received a DWI in Livingston Parish the evening of 3/19/2018. I met with Ben at his office the next day and we discussed the options available to me. I told him all about my experience with the Livingston Sheriff’s office and the arresting officer. After he spoke with me and received the traffic report he was able to decide a course of action. Ben was always available to answer my questions because I had never been involved with any court action. I highly recommend Ben and can definitely say you are in good hands.

I got a DWI in June 2017. I did some research and found Ben's information. It was easy to get an appointment with him and I discussed my case with him and he gave me the options open to me. He was able to get me into the pre trial intervention program which I successfully completed in July 2018. My experience with Ben was awesome. He is a very nice guy, easy to talk to and tells you straight what he can do for you. He worked with me regarding his fees and arranged a payment plan which I could afford. He was working on the DWI case when my son got into an altercation and was charged with a felony. Ben worked both cases simultaneously and we could not have asked for a better outcome!
