Me and my Wife were with a law firm and decided that they weren't working anymore. We set up 4 appointments with 4 different immigration lawyers all from the Denver metro area. We called made an appoitment and were assigned Josh Russcol, with a $100 consultation fee that would be credited to your case if you choose to do buisness with them. What I liked is that every question we had was answered even if the answer wasnt good. We left after the consultation same day and instead of Josh waiting for us to come back and sign with them he gave us a call and went into further detail of what our case would look like. Because of this act we were there signing up for a payment plan a month later. We submitted paperwork, got the interview and achieved what we wanted in our case. Through this process the payments were affordable, the staff was ALWAYS professional, the paralegals we worked with Aranely & Vivian got back to every email, and call within 24 hours. The whole Chan law firm team made this stressful process a little bit easier. At the end of the day you can have the best lawyer, cross your t's and dot your i's and a case still not go your way; and at the very same time I would want Josh and his team of people behind me. 10/10 - We recommend them to anybody who asks, and will be coming back when it's time for the next steps in our case.

Chan law firm is by far the best immigration law firm. James Lamb the attorney in charge of my case made it possible for me to obtain my green card in my very complex case. After meeting with other lawyers it wasn't until i reached out to David, that I knew I was going to get the help i was looking for. I spoke to David over the phone and he was extremely helpful and informative. He agreed to meet with me that same day to discuss my case. After reviewing my case, David gave me possible outcomes. He was very straight forward and said "you can honestly do this on your own without having to hire me". I still hired David because after meeting with him I knew he would work really hard to help me get best possible outcomes, and so the day has come and I cannot thank him enough for his dedication, hard work and great communication. David was able to get the offer we intended from day one and spoke very well of me infront of the DA and the judge. David is very professional and a really nice guy it made this difficult time go alot more pleasant. I hope never to need a lawyer again, but if I do I will most certainly be reaching out to you.

I highly recommend David--is very reliably and always on time. He has helped me with traffic violations and a DUI case a few years back, which all charges were dropped. Thank you David, hope I won't need your services anytime soon, if I do, will definitely be calling you!

Great Law Firm, very nice staff and lawyers.

David represented me for my DUI. He was incredible from start to finish. I was extremely nervous to go to court and get my sentence. David took the time to meet with me for coffee well before my court time to help me calm down and realize this wasn't the end of the world. When he learned I already had a trip to Costa Rica booked when I got the DUI he made sure that I wasn't sentenced until after that trip (just in case my travel would have been impeded). He was extremely dedicated to getting the best result for my situation. Highly recommended.

David Suro is an awesome lawyer! I spent a lot of time comparing lawyers and he really came through for me. From the initial consultation, where David Suro spent a lot of time explaining the possibilities, options and actions I could take before court to help me, to the end result - my case got dropped down to a lesser charge and I avoided jail time.
