I am blessed to have found Attorney Kamal. I didn't want a divorce, as much as I needed a divorce. I knew it could be emotional, scary and some unknowns had the potential to arise . I know there is a do it yourself option but I knew this process was one that required knowledge and skill. One mishap in paperwork or missed deadline and the entire process can be in jeopardy. Attorney Kamal took time to listen to me, consult with me and get an understanding of what my needs were. She has excellent communication and is timely. I am grateful that she worked with me financially to get me through this. I do not refer lightly. I am so pleased with her service.

I'm beyond thankful for hiring Maha after a recent turn of events with my previous lawyer, who I should have replaced with Maha at the very start of my high conflict case. I finally found a lawyer who has my back and understands. Maha understands the phycological hellhole of coparenting with a narcissist and their impact upon shared parenting and the Family Court. Within 15 minutes into our first meeting it became clear how proficient she is in seeing right though and beyond the depths of my ex's manipulation tactics and intimidating efforts to control and undermine me as a parent. Maha made it clear to the judge that my ex was abusing the system, false in his attempts to vilify me, and successfully put him and his bully lawyer in their place. It was truly a rewarding feeling to finally feel heard, understood, and to regain control of a quickly spiraling situation. For once I didn't feel pressured to give in or backed into a corner, which is how my first lawyer made me feel, and which is in fact only enabling to the narcissistic and high conflict behavior of my ex. Maha understood and made this clear during our hearing, which is what needed to happen in order to successfully mitigate future conflict. I will continue to rely on Maha for professional advice and legal representation. She is a gift to Family Law, brilliant, down to earth, yet undeniably fierce.
