They were very prompt with follow or getting back to me when ever I had questions. I got a DUI and was very skeptical to hire a lawyer because of things I had heard from other people and their bad experiences. But I decided to meet with Trent and I am so thankful that I did. From the very first meeting we had I instantly felt comfortable and truly felt that he had my best interest at heart. I am a single mom and was facing 30 days in jail, so obviously I was terrified, and Trent not only did everything he could to see that I got the best possible outcome for my situation but he also helped me feel as comfortable as possible and explained everything, every step of the way. I do believe there are some lawyers that are just in it for the money but this is definitely NOT the case for Trent. He is very kind, honest, and reliable and I feel that my case would have turned out very differently had I not hired him. If you are looking for a great lawyer I highly recommend him.

After being charged with a DUI in December 2014, I was at a loss on what to expect from the legal system. This was my first criminal charge of any kind, and I didn't feel comfortable handling it on my own. Trent Trani came highly recommended to me from a close friend; and, from our initial consultation, I was very confident in his abilities. Trent was thorough in his explanation of what to expect during the legal process and covered all of the scenarios that could possibly arise. He gave me peace of mind and put all of my concerns to rest. Trent handled everything from that point on, including my DMV hearing - which was dismissed due to a paperwork error. Had it not been for Trent, this mistake would have gone unnoticed. I would have lost my license for thirty days and been required to install the interlock system in my vehicle for two years. When my court date finally arrived, Trent was able to get my charges reduced from a DUI to a DWAI. This came with far less penalties - the biggest difference being that I only lost eight points off of my license, instead of losing it for an entire year. I credit Trent for all of my successes throughout this entire ordeal; and, I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has found himself in a similar situation.

Trent Trani is the best Criminal Defense Representation I Could Get in the Denver Metro. I was pulled over for a DUI stop in Denver and Trent was instrumental in getting the case dismissed. He spent quite a bit of time with me understanding my situation and advising me what path I should take. It was very important for me to feel comfortable and trust his advice as I was going through the mess that a DUI can cause in one’s life. It pretty much turned my life upside down and Trent was great in helping me navigate through the legal problems. At every step of the way, he provided great insight and advice on what I should do. He is very knowledgeable in this area. My trial took place 11 month after the incident and he was there at every step of the way. And he rocked the trial. He found a bunch of inconsistencies with the cop’s approach and answers. He had gathered a bunch of information from the cop during the DMV trial, a motions hearing and finally was able to prove to the jury that the cop had made mistakes on the night of the DUI in assessing the situation properly and was inconsistent in answering the same questions at the various hearings. It was great to watch him cross-examine the officer and prove to the jury that I was not guilty of DUI or DWUI. I highly recommend Trent for anyone needing criminal defense representation or DUI help in the Denver metro area.

i hired miles cabral as my attorney. it took a little while for my case to be resolved. but i was very happy as my case was very difficult but he helped me get a very good plea bargain. i had pretty much lost all hope. i really thank the attorney for all his hard work.

Trent is the most honest man I have ever met. When my wife got into trouble earlier this year we werent going to hire and attorney. However, after a first appearance we came to the realization that we were in way over our heads. When we googled Denver DUI attorneys Trent's name came up. We called at 7 pm that night and expected to leave a message. Instead Trent answered, he told me that we should set up a consultation.the next week we went into his office and although he was swamped in paperwork and his phone was ringing, he gave my wife and I his undivided attention. He didn't give us some spiel about how he would save us, but instead prepared us for the worst case scenario. He told us that he would make it his first priority to keep my wife out of jail, which, was really all we could ask for.
