I consulted Mike Gross on a question about whether an oral contract existed and if so was there a valid basis of a lawsuit. Mike Gross did some research and correctly determined that there was a valid lawsuit on breach of contract and that the documentation that was evidence was good admissible evidence and that the possibility existed that as a civil plaintiff I could possibly win before a civil jury. Mike Gross was right. I later won a large sum of money on the oral contract claim as a plaintiff against the person to whom I loaned the money. Mike Gross is a genius when it comes to criminal defense matters. Gross knows how to communicate issues to a trial jury on a simple level that jurors understand. Gross believes in his clients and when Gross has an innocent client Gross works hard to put together a case to persuade jurors to give a not guilty verdict in favor of his client. Mike Gross does not plea bargain cases when he believes that his client is innocent and should be found not guilty. Mike Gross is an outstanding evaluator of human behavior and understands how jurors perceive accusers, police officers, and district attorneys. Mike Gross has a high degree of confidence when he goes up against assistant district attorneys at trial. With 30 years of experience in criminal defense law Mike Gross has his trial technique perfected to undermine the district attorneys criminal case when humanly possible. Mike Gross gives very strong cross examination of prosecution witnesses, including the police in criminal cases. Mike Gross knows all the rules of evidence and constitutional protections that can benefit criminal defendants who are his clients toward getting the criminal charges dropped by the judge or district attorney or to persuade trial jurors to decide not guilty in a not guilty verdict. I worked for criminal defense attorneys and civil attorneys in New York, NY and Nassau County, NY and can honestly say that Mike Gross, who is actually rated at 5.0 by Martindale Hubbell, is one of the best attorneys in the United States. Mike Gross is sincere person who is humble and very modest about his great abilities and great talents as an attorney. Mike really cares about the fate of his clients and Mike Gross gets excellent results when humanly possible. Mike charges fees that are too cheap sometimes.

Michael Gross has been my families lawyer for decades. He has always been very reasonable, hard working, knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. He will tell you like it is, no secrets, no hassles and will work his magic well to take very good care of your case. Mr. Gross recently helped me win a horrible accidental charge of 3rd degree burglary down to a 2 year probation misdemeanor (which will be wiped clean from my record after 2 years). I can honestly say I am very satisfied and highly appreciative of Mr. Gross and will be for years to come.

Mr. Gross came out with a basis to win a contract law case that another lawyer could not figure out. Mr. Gross also did much more important basic research than the previous lawyer that I discharged. Mr. Gross is very comfortable and communicated the issues to a jury in that the jury understood in plain English explanation of the complicated legal terms in the case that applied to the contract in dispute. Mr. Gross won a large sum of money that I was owed from a jury that issued a judgment for me in my favor in a business dispute. Mr. Gross does not have the ego arrogance that many attorneys have. Mr. Gross won my case by persuading the jury what the contract meant. Mr. Gross has the highest rating on Martindale Hubbell and he is worthy of that. Some lawyers are afraid to try cases before juries. Mr. Gross has tried probably tried over 220 cases before juries over the years. Mr. Gross is like a lion in front of a jury and projects a confident high energy level that jurors respect.

Mike Gross handled an appellate matter for me, and he did an excellent job. I'm not one to write reviews but he deserves one. Why haven't you heard about him? He doesn't toot his own horn or spend money on advertising, he just quietly and diligently represents his clients. Mike Gross is skilled in criminal defense, DUI defense, First Amendment violations, and civil matters. He's an animal lover, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Mike Gross for doing a great job on my case.

I'm a college student and last year i went thru a nightmare ordeal of being wrongfully arrested & charged with prostitution. I hadn't done anything wrong but my life was collapsing around me. It was beyond stressful & I was so scared even tho I was 100% innocent. I called & met with five lawyers. Three of were creepy, one was judgemental, and finally the 5th lawyer I talked to is a GREAT lawyer! This lawyer Mike Gross is 100% honest, knowledgeable, and he handled my case with diligence and skill. Plus he was nice not creepy. I was very scared and going to trial was the scariest thing ever. When the jury said NOT GUILTY I started crying. I am SO HAPPY and can get on with school and my life.! Thank you Mike Gross, you are a very good lawyer and a good person too. God Bless You!

This guy is great. He's so nice it's hard to believe he's a lawyer. He listens to what I have to say, and he works hard on my case. He's honest and he's earned my trust. My case is still going on and it's looking good. I think we'll win and even if we don't I know he gave 110%. He even returns phone calls, hire him not some slick guy.
