Natalie Gray is an outstanding attorney. She takes the time to listen to what you have to say and does not treat you like a just another case but treats you like a human being. She does not talk down to you or try to make you feel stupid. I always valued her opinion if there was a better way to approach my case in what was in the best interest of me and not the law firm. I contacted Natalie Gray in March 2017 about a slip and fall case at a hotel in Boulder. I spoke with her several times on the phone and sent her information about the case. After reviewing it, Natalie agreed to take the case. We got as far as discussing the letter she would write and send to the property. I also asked her if there was any flexibility on their fees. That question prompted Natalie to send me a letter summarily dropping my case. No mention was made as to why, but I can only assume it was because I asked about the fees. Her letter also said I was free to call her to discuss their decision. So, I called her. And of course, she did not call me back. I definitely feel as though Natalie Gray led me to believe that their firm had taken the case and that she would represent me and then she sent the "you're fired" letter via email and wouldn't return my call. Very unprofessional for a professional. I would not recommend contacting this firm for representation.

Natalie Gray is an attorney that took over a couple of cases for us from the Dormer law firm. From the very beginning and throughout each case, Natalie has offered her time and dedication to helping us and to ease the process of everything that we have had to deal with.
