I had an accident due to negligence on a businesses part. I was not only embarrassed by my fall, which was no fault of my own, but physically hurt. The employee on shift had no interest in my well being or writing an incident report. Katie, and I hope I’m spelling it correctly, had genuine sincerity when I had to explain the details of my fall. She listens, but advises. Bottom line , she makes sure, and in the most comforting way though, that your incident is recorded accurately and methodically. There’s no inflammatory accounts with her. I’m very impressed by this organization’s willingness to take my very difficult pain seriously. Katie is a person that after my incident, is the only one to make me feel ok.
