I am extremely grateful to have had Mr. Dawson represent me in my disability case! When I first met him he took the time to really get to know me and understand my case and then went into great detail what he was going to do to help me win my case. He came up with a plan and let me know what he needed from me. He collected information from my doctors and employers. He had my current doctor complete additional forms so he could have the most up to date info. He helped get everything filed and answered any and all questions I came up with along the process. When it came time for me to appear in front of the judge for my appeal he was nothing short of amazing. He knew exactly what we needed to present and had dates and doctors notes and testimonies and coached me on what to expect. He was very thorough, organized, and prompt throughout my whole case. He gave me great representation and helped me win my case. I am very happy I had Mr. Dawson as my disability attorney.

It was easy to choose William as my attorney, when I saw he had more than a decade and a half of experience in the system with the Social Security Administration working for them. I retained William as my representative after my case was denied after the first hearing, because he had a certain sense of security to him that made me feel he wouldn't waste my time appealing the case, if he did not feel we had a strong enough case to win on appeal. I was able to continue through to a successful end to the case with persistent and patience, as William kept me informed and kept all of my questions answered throughout.

After applying for Disability I quickly discovered how daunting and intimidating it was and realized I was going to need help. Mr. Dawson is the best! We waited 1 year and 4 months until my hearing date from when I was first denied and Mr. Dawson was there every step of the way. Every question I had along the process they were able to answer and would always give me a glint of hope and strength to continue with the hearing even when it took so long to happen and I almost gave up and had doubt. During the hearing the judge made his decision on the spot and found me fully favorable for disability. My life is wonderful now. SSDI isn't very much, but is is enough to live off of and I have never felt so complete, comfortable, happy, safe, and content in my life. I am able to spend time with my loved ones and thrive and feel human again. Thank you so much Kathryn and Mr. Dawson!!
