I appreciated the quick and thorough responses Danielle provided to my laundry list of questions and scenarios. I wasn't left wondering if she knew what she was talking about at the end of the call, nor did it feel like was she was just trying to milk me for more money.

I got a $15000 settlement, my bills were $6800, he gorlt his $5000, paid my bills with the rest and left me $3200. He was only out for himself and wasn't concerned about me. His paralegal Stephanie always told me confusing quotes. I never talked to my lawyer until I was upset and Stephanie then pawned him off to me. Stephanie said they got $12000 at first and I thought ,great. Then she asked if I would give them permission to go for more. I thought it was for me. Turns out they got more for themselves. They cleared $5000
