Gosh, where do I start? From the moment I was in the hands of Galperin & Associates I knew I was in good hands. I spoke with Jake about what my concerns were with my pain and ptsd from my car accident as well as the incident that occurred. From start to finish I couldn’t have chosen a better group of people to have standing right beside me! Jake told me he had a few doctors he would recommend me to see because I had no idea where to even start with that whole process. Jake, told me not to worry they were going to take complete care of me and him and his staff did just that. Every doctor he recommended called me personally within an hour of leaving his office. They all told me if I needed anything to feel free to contact them directly. I haven’t been taken care of so well by any doctor since my primary back in my home state which was 17 years ago. They showed me so much compassion and taught me so much about myself it was an amazing experience the knowledge they have and the willingness to share that information was comforting. One of the doctor’s offered to come in on his day off to help me get out of pain. So If your thinking if you should go with Galperin & Associates there would be no other option in my personal opinion i’d choose them every time. I’ve even recommended some of my family and friends to them. They want what’s best for you and they’ll go above, and beyond to show that your worth fighting for. Kristen was my case manager she stayed in constant contact with me even when I wouldn’t answer her calls, she would make sure that she got a hold of me to let me know what was going on and to see how I was doing. She wanted to see how my pain levels were and really cared about me making a full recovery. So thank you I really appreciate you taking the time to make sure you got ahold of me. Jake thank you for taking the time out of your day to talk with me about the incident. An Emily your keen eye for making sure nothing slips between the cracks is incredible. Thank you! You guys have been rock stars and I appreciate all the kindness that you’ve given me it goes beyond words that I can even begin to express.
