Dealing with an Allocation of Parental Responsibilities (APR) case with my ex was one of the most trying and difficult times in my life. My ex leveled numerous personal attacks and fabricated lots of wild allegations in order to limit my decision making rights and time with my kids. She also wanted an unfair amount of child support. Halleh patiently and skillfully countered each threat. She always made time to deal with each new problem as it came up with a high degree of expertise, professionalism, and constant toughness in negotiating with the other counsel. The outcome: I was able to keep my rights as a father (50/50 time and decision making), get a fair shake on child support (I pay nothing, only health insurance), and most importantly, my kids have their father.
