I would never recommend this place Jake makes you feel like he is for you, and if your case is worth a lot, but till you have another accident and a case he feels he can’t win. I was using him for my first case which I sustained quite of few injuries and not even six months into treatments On my first case, to add insult to injury I get into another accident while receiving horrible care from his referred medical services they kept info from me and missed diagnosed me and gave me meds that made things worse. There’s so much things that is wrong about this company. I’m a single mother with a business & Jake really wasn’t for me when. I had to find someone that would take my second case. Cause In Jake’s eyes it’s not a winning case without a witness but I have my Insurance company saying that the see that I am innocent and the other Guy is at fault. I am adding to this because 5yrs later I am getting calls from medical places saying that I owe from this accident and as Jake being attorney, I was told they would pay all these places. I shouldn’t have to come out of pocket for these expensive, if my settlement was large enough to pay upfront, like I was told. This company is just out to take your money. I still have trauma from this accident and never got the care I truly needed & deserved, because Jake wanted to close it out immediately due to another accident that happened and he felt it wasn’t a winning case. So he took the majority of my settlement and didn’t pay all medical expenses with my settlement. Now I’m in debt!!! Thanks Jake, just keep taking from me when I was the darn VICTIM!!
